Why I’m Running
I am an advocate for change. But change is hard when too many New Orleans politicians are more invested in the status quo than in the future of our communities. I’m running for Orleans Parish Democratic Executive Committee to put the Party to work for the people of District E. With your support, I will work with other changemakers to recruit and support candidates for public office who are willing to fight to fix the place we all call home.
Who I Am
I am a community organizer and a New Orleans native. I have worked diligently to become a force for change for my community and dedicate both my career and my free time to fighting for social justice. In running for OPDEC, I am drawing on deep roots in our community:
I have witnessed the results of determination, persistence, and action. I intend to be the spark that starts the fire to purify the system. Injustice should not be a way of life. With your vote we can make a difference.

Why It Matters
The Orleans Parish Democratic Executive Committee (OPDEC) is responsible for helping to elect Democrats in New Orleans. With principled leaders on OPDEC, we could be recruiting and supporting honest, hard-working, visionary candidates.
My Vision
I believe that we need to invest in leaders who will work for:
Safer and healthier communities
Senior healthcare and financial stability
Curbing youth violence and uplifting education
Fighting voter suppression and boosting turnout
Solving the abundance of blighted properties
